- Credit Score: No specific credit score minimum is used; applications are evaluated holistically.
- Automatic Denial: Applicants in Chapter 11 bankruptcy or with severe charge-off levels may not qualify.
- Self-Employed Applicants: Income is verified by calculating 3 months of bank deposit statements.
- First-Time Renters: Accepted, provided all other requirements are met.
- Criminal History: In compliance with San Francisco's Fair Chance Ordinance, we do not inquire about or consider criminal history as part of the rental application or screening process.
- Reasonable Accommodations: Applicants who require a reasonable accommodation in the application or leasing process are encouraged to contact our leasing team. We engage in an interactive process to identify effective accommodations in compliance with the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
- Source of Income: We accept all lawful sources of income, including Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) and other housing assistance programs, in compliance with California Government Code §12955.
